Duties and responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities of a construction helper:
These include:

i. Transport, load, and unload building materials
ii. Build and take down barricades, ramps, shoring, catwalks, and scaffolding crafted from concrete.
iii. Combine, transfer, and disperse components.
iv. Help with rock blasting and drilling on building sites
v. Sort and arrange used resources.
vi. Clear away garbage and rubble at construction locations.
vii. Execute standard servicing duties with expertise and speciality

As a construction helper, you should be able to work with and handle the following machinery and equipment:

  • Vibrators for concrete
  • grinding apparatus
